The Manitoba Government has identified the family entertainment industry as its primary interest and to that end the company has focused its efforts on the development of a Waterpark to provide quality family entertainment activities to the communities in southern Manitoba. The progress of this project is not depending on any government funding. The company does realize that government funding is desirable however major delays are to be expected if government involvement is required. We believe that the expected returns on investment/equity allow for a 100 % privately financed venture in Manitoba.
